Acts as the key operational liaison with external security services, directly supporting the Operations Security Supervisor in proactive risk management and timely response to unforeseen situations. **What You’ll Do in This Role** * Assist in coordinating and supervising external security personnel under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with established access control and patrol protocols, as well as general security procedures. * Responsible for capturing, recording, and archiving generated information—both in physical formats and electronic systems. Uses security management software and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) to prepare activity reports and digital logs. * Conducts supervisory patrols to identify opportunities for improvement in security processes using checklists, and promptly reports any anomalies or incidents. * Serves as a first responder during incidents or emergencies per established protocols, and assists in training newly hired guards. * Solid knowledge and ability to apply established security protocols aligned with CTPAT/OEA standards and access control procedures for shipments. * Ability to convey information clearly and promptly, communicating effectively with internal staff, contractors, and vendors. * Capacity to positively influence security services and make decisions or initiate basic activities without prior instruction.
