To achieve this, we need the world's best people. **About the Role’s Mission:** * We seek a candidate with a continuous improvement mindset and passion for our products. * This person will process spirits by performing various unit operations involved in preparing tequilas across different categories. * This person will execute preparation procedures while adhering to product quality specifications and standards, applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), using personal protective equipment, and complying with applicable DIAGEO regulations, codes, and policies. **About the Responsibilities:** * Responsible for executing tequila preparation procedures across different categories. * Responsible for executing the product preparation plan to deliver tequila to bottling and maturation areas. * Responsible for performing loading and unloading operations of tequila bulk shipments. * Responsible for performing tequila blending operations according to specifications. * Responsible for operating ambient-temperature and cold filtration processes, as well as controlling dilution, aeration, and transfer processes for tequila—always ensuring product protection. * Responsible for collecting samples to ensure physicochemical and sensory specifications, as well as maintaining records and logs to ensure appropriate traceability of products and processes. **About Required Competencies:** * Completed Technical High School or Bachelor’s degree; incomplete Engineering degree accepted. * Mandatory experience handling valves, pumps, and tanks. * Desirable knowledge of tequila production processes or food industry manufacturing processes. * Knowledge of GMPs, ISO/HACCP standards, and Industrial Safety & Hygiene. * Competencies and skills: communication, collaborative work, organization, and analytical ability. * **IMPORTANT:** On-site availability in the La Nogalera area of Guadalajara is required.
