




Job Summary: A major technology company is seeking a Logistics Assistant to manage and coordinate deliveries, pickups, and related procedures, as well as handle per diem management and courier tracking. Communication with external courier services and shipment tracking LOGISTICS ASSISTANT **ADS,** A leading company providing Information Technology Services invites you to join its team! **Responsibilities and Tasks to Perform** * Define, assign, and prioritize deliveries and/or pickups of products or any procedures requested by various departments within the company. * Verify and safeguard signed delivery receipts or duly signed documents as proof of completed deliveries. * Manage matters related to per diems, transportation expenses, fuel, tolls, and others. * Maintain communication with external courier services and track shipments and/or remote pickups according to project requirements. * Validate vehicle maintenance quotations for external drivers until completion. * Keep expense reports generated by drivers up to date. * Enter logistics supplier invoices into the ERP system. **Desired Education Level**: Completed Bachelor's Degree with knowledge in Administration and Logistics **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Requirements:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, information control, database management (Excel), strong verbal communication skills, ability to schedule and track local messenger routes, organized (@) and analytical (@) Skills: Organized, Responsible, Analytical, Strong Writing Skills, Proactive, Multitasking, Ability to Work Under Pressure. **We Offer:** Salary: $15,000 MXN per month If you meet the profile, apply now.
