Job Summary: We are seeking a workshop mechanic for mold repair and maintenance, responsible for verifying tolerances and performing corrective and preventive actions. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in mold repair and maintenance. 2. Operation of surface grinder, polisher, milling machine, and lathe. 3. Knowledge of dimensional metrology and blueprint interpretation. Years of Experience: Minimum 1\-3 years as a workshop mechanic, mold repair RESPONSIBILITIES: Work orders issued by supervisor Mold repair Mold maintenance Verify tolerances marked on each part being corrected and ensure compliance Safeguard tools and maintain them in good condition Report any deviations occurring during part fabrication per blueprint to immediate supervisor Corrective and Preventive Actions Activity log EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE: Machines and Tools Operation of surface grinder, polisher, milling machine, and lathe Mold repair Dimensional metrology Blueprint interpretation Knowledge of HASS machining center Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
