Job Summary: We are seeking a field-based Collection Agent with experience in overdue account collection, focused on home visits and recovery, possessing customer service and problem-solving skills. Vehicle, maintenance, and fuel provided \* Customer service and support \* Problem solving \* Overdue account collection (essential experience) \* Negotiation of payment agreements \* Follow-up on assigned customer portfolio \* Locating customers \* Telephone collections \* Strong verbal communication skills \* 100% fieldwork, including home visits to customers, co-signers, and/or references until results are achieved \* Income earned on any type of recovery \* Ability to operate a motorcycle and/or standard vehicle (essential) \* Valid driver's license \* Route outside the Guadalajara metropolitan area (Valleys region) \* Gender: Unrestricted \* The company provides the vehicle, its maintenance, and fuel \* Social security \* Vacation bonus \* Year-end bonus Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $55,000.00 \- $59,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
