




**Your Job** Support hiring processes by sourcing, selecting, and coordinating candidates for operational roles (high-volume), ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs and compliance with internal procedures. **Our Team** You will work on a team focused on meeting the requirements arising at Molex Guad1 in B1 for the HPC, Twinax, PCBS, Industrial, and Networking business lines. **What You'll Do** * Source candidates through job portals, social networks, and field recruitment. * Conduct initial phone interviews and schedule follow-up interviews. * Support high-volume recruitment events and job fairs. * Coordinate psychometric and technical assessments. * Maintain and update candidate databases. * Assist in the hiring process by collecting and reviewing documentation. * Prepare daily and weekly reports on recruitment activities. **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)** * Completed or partial Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related field). * 6 months to 1 year of experience in high-volume or field recruitment roles. * Flexible availability (occasional Saturdays depending on project demand and requirements). * Temporary position for 6 months. * Knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing through social media. * Results-oriented. * Candidate sourcing strategies. * Experience managing CRM or ATS systems (basic level). * Multitasking, problem-solving skills. * Data entry and report preparation. **What Would Set You Apart** * Possession of a valid driver's license (for pickup truck). * Experience managing recruitment agencies (high-volume).
