Dynamic and collaborative work environment **Production Scheduler** Responsible for planning and coordinating plant activities, aligning priorities with the Master Production Schedule (MPS), MRP, and rolling forecast, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient resource utilization. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (degree completion preferred) * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position * Proficiency in **SAP** * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills Knowledge in: * Production scheduling * Inventory control * Manufacturing orders * NOM\-059 (preferred) **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and publish the production schedule * Generate manufacturing orders in SAP * Coordinate material release with Quality departments * Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO * Compile documentation for production orders * Monitor production with a 2-week visibility horizon **We Offer:** * Monthly base salary * Savings fund: 7% * Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 20 days' pay * Food vouchers: $1,000 monthly * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–17:15; Friday, 8:00–16:00 * Professional growth and continuous training * Dynamic and collaborative work environment **Apply through this channel and join our team** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $19,900\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
