CUSTOMER SERVICE Receive, route, and resolve customer issues from the office or provide high-quality post-sales service in accordance with company policies to achieve full customer satisfaction, as well as carry out activities related to warranty management. Responsibilities: Ensure a healthy company-client relationship to deliver superior service and fulfill customer expectations. Ensure contractors provide repair services for delivered homes in case of failures, maintaining the safety and commitment promised by the company. Provide customers with guidance regarding any questions they may have about housing usage and required services to ensure their complete comfort. Ensure customers receive appropriate warranty support for their homes. Maintain constant communication with the CAT, construction coordinators, and supervisors to report customer-reported issues and thereby improve processes.
