SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Commercial Information Analysis and Collection • Preparation and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports as assigned by management (sales summary, commissions, customer follow-up, quotations, etc.) • Supervision of CRM data entry and updates performed by the sales team • Requesting official documents from customers and commercial department colleagues Executive Assistance • Managing the executive’s calendar • Handling personal matters • Assisting the executive’s personal clients regarding large-scale investment projects • Coordinating meetings with the sales team • Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly reports from the sales team Sales • Customer follow-up for assigned accounts and CRM updates • Preparing and sending quotations and proposals to the executive’s clients • Requesting and collecting documents from customers and prospects • Regular attendance at training sessions provided by our suppliers to ensure continuous professional updating. Marketing • Planning, coordinating, and leading marketing events aimed at generating qualified leads • Continuously identifying networking events to support prospecting efforts • Monthly reporting on digital marketing strategy outcomes in collaboration with our suppliers • Tracking the submission and receipt of reports and information from our marketing suppliers • Generating reliable data to support decision-making through the Weekly Digital Marketing Strategy Results Report (coordinated with external supplier).
