**Objective:** Design, supervise, and coordinate residential and commercial architectural projects, ensuring quality, profitability, and adherence to established timelines. Its purpose is to transform clients' ideas into executable projects with high design standards and efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Design architectural drawings and proposals in accordance with the client's budget and requirements. * Prepare budgets, technical specifications, and construction schedules. * Supervise construction execution, quality, and physical\-financial progress. * Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and on\-site operational staff. * Prepare weekly executive reports and present progress updates to the Operations Coordinator. * Propose technical or material improvements to optimize profitability and quality. * Ensure client satisfaction through professional deliverables and timely completion. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture (degree mandatory). * Specialization or diploma in Interior Design, Construction Management, or Cost Estimation and Budgeting is desirable. * Minimum 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial renovations. * Experience in site surveys, budgeting, construction control, and supervision. * Proficiency in tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Advanced Excel, and Canva. * Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, local regulations, and energy efficiency criteria. * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. **We Offer:** * Hybrid and flexible, results\-oriented work arrangement. * Base salary: $18,000 net monthly. * Variable commission of 3% to 5% on net profit per completed project (minimum one project per month). * Quarterly performance review with potential salary increase based on performance and project pipeline. * Professional fee contract (preferred). **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco.
