




Job Summary: Coordinate security personnel, supervise protocols and systems, manage incidents, and support recruitment and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Report any failures of security equipment—such as barriers, fences, and sensors—for prompt attention. Implement continuous improvement processes and address security-area devices. Personnel incidents. Recruitment, selection, file integration, and hiring of security personnel. Handle reports of failures and maintenance for security units. Supply and control gasoline for condominium vehicles and lawn mowers. Handle and track third-party damage repairs. Supervise cleaning personnel. Support the administrator.
