Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Industrial Business Line, requires a Quality Supervisor for Electrical Substations for one of its projects in the FV EPC Renewables area in Guadalajara.**Job Description** **Mission:** Ensure technical, regulatory, and documentation quality during the execution and commissioning of electrical substations, guaranteeing compliance with project standards and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with project requirements, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Control quality of civil works, electromechanical installation, and cabling activities. * Verify receipt, traceability, and conformity of materials and equipment. * Review and validate quality plans, procedures, and test protocols. * Conduct on-site technical inspections and periodic execution controls. * Manage non-conformities, incidents, and corrective/preventive actions. * Coordinate and witness electrical tests and commissioning activities. * Validate test results, SAT/FAT outcomes, and associated technical documentation. * Manage quality documentation and prepare the final project dossier. * Coordinate with contractors, engineering teams, suppliers, and the client. * Prepare progress reports and reporting to project management. * Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and system operator requirements. * Propose improvements to optimize processes and ensure continuous improvement. **Candidate Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Energy Engineering, or related field. Additional training in quality management is desirable.
