Age range:** 25 years and above. **Functions:** Supervise mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance activities. Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Establish daily work plans. Generate work orders as assigned by the Plant Manager according to back orders. Respond to and resolve unexpected equipment failures or stoppages in coordination with production. Diagnose equipment faults and determine corrective actions. Control the use of spare parts, tools, and materials within the department. Prepare purchase requests. Manage inventory of raw materials and supplies. Maintain updated records of completed maintenance tasks. Coordinate external vendor services when necessary. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE usage, orderliness, and cleanliness in the area. Train and guide staff on work techniques, continuous improvement, and best practices. Record shift incidents, downtime, equipment failures, or personnel absences. Request overtime and coordinate employee vacations. Propose technical improvements to equipment and processes to reduce failures or downtime.
