




Divisional Last Mile Operations Coordinator **Schedule:** Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00, Sat 9:00–13:00 Description We are seeking a **Divisional Operations Coordinator** to ensure **timely coverage**, supervise service teams and leaders, manage units, and maintain a **close relationship with clients**. This role focuses on **operational KPIs**, incident resolution, and **continuous improvement**. Responsibilities * Ensure **timely and accurate** delivery of coverage to clients. * **Supervise** performance of service personnel and team leaders. * **Final approval** of hires and terminations. * Conduct **regular meetings** with teams and leaders. * **Validate payroll**, bonuses, commissions, incidents, and clarifications. * Provide **direct customer support** and resolve conflicts. * Maintain ongoing communication and **feedback**; implement **operational adjustments** based on feedback. * Clarify **operational/administrative** inquiries. * **Visit assigned services** (when applicable). * Prepare **weekly and monthly reports**; monitor **KPIs** (service coverage ≥96%, staffing coverage, turnover ≤2\.5%). Requirements * **Education:** Completed Bachelor's or Engineering degree. * **Experience:** 2 years in operational roles within **last mile** operations. * Personal vehicle (not mandatory) Knowledge and Tools * **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * **Logistics/administrative platforms**, **TMS**, **Power BI**, and internal/client systems. Skills / Competencies * **Supervision and coordination** of personnel. (Main activity) * **Operational leadership**, effective communication, customer orientation. * **Decision-making under pressure**, analysis, **time management**, adaptability, and proactivity.
