Opportunity for professional growth and continuous training A graduated Civil Engineer residing in Guadalajara/ZMG; **mandatory** solid foundational knowledge of structural engineering, 1–3 years of experience in a similar position; committed and required to have a PASSION for Structural Calculation and Design, as well as implementation of new technologies. **This position is on-site.** **Main Responsibilities:** \- Perform structural analyses for residential and industrial projects according to prior experience and structural knowledge. \- Support the development of executive structural projects. \- Prepare calculation reports. \- Create and update spreadsheets. \- Conduct ongoing research in the field of structural engineering. **Competencies:** \- Proactive and self-taught. \- Logical/mathematical reasoning with comprehension ability. \- Capable of problem-solving and sound information analysis. \- Interest and passion for structural engineering. \- Organized and responsible. \- Teamwork. **Requirements:** **\- Mandatory** minimum 1 year as Junior Calculations Engineer or in a similar role. \- INDISPENSABLE knowledge of fundamental structural engineering principles for structural analysis, structural dynamics, and ease of understanding. \- Interest in structural engineering and application of new technologies in construction. \- Residency in Guadalajara or surrounding areas. This position is ON-SITE. \- Knowledge of Prestressed Concrete Design. \- Knowledge of construction processes. \- Experience with Visual Basic and Python. \- Experience in structural calculation offices and familiarity with structural analysis software such as ETABS, ADAPT and/or similar.
