Position: Electrical Engineer Department: Engineering Reports to: Manager of Engineering and Projects Location: Headquarters, Las Liebres, Tlaquepaque. Position Type: Full-time, on-site Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Sat 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Position Objectives:** Design, develop, implement, and maintain electrical and electronic systems for industrial plant operations. **Job Requirements:** **Education:** Electrical/Electronic Engineer * Preferred: Related specialization or diploma. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar roles, preferably in manufacturing companies, with work experience in design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems. **Technical Knowledge:** \- Solid knowledge of electrical and electronic theory. \- Experience with electrical design and simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, etc.). \- Effective communication and collaboration skills. \- Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions. **Soft Skills:** Service orientation, Attention to detail, Organization, Assertive communication, Teamwork, Strategic planning, Empathy, and Commitment. **Languages:** Spanish. Intermediate English preferred **Main Responsibilities:** **1\. Design and Development:** \- Design electrical and electronic systems for new or existing projects. \- Develop technical specifications and engineering drawings. \- Select and specify electrical and electronic components. **2\. Implementation and Maintenance:** \- Supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical and electronic systems. \- Maintain and repair electrical and electronic systems to ensure optimal performance. **3\. Analysis and Problem Solving:** \- Analyze electrical and electronic issues to identify root causes and solutions. \- Develop and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and safety. **4\. Collaboration and Communication:** \- Work collaboratively with other engineers, technicians, and professionals to achieve common goals. **5\.
