Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or related professional to plan, sequence, and estimate project activities, with experience in monitoring and controlling schedules. Key Highlights: 1. Support in structuring the work breakdown structure 2. Definition and sequencing of activities for the construction schedule 3. Ensuring compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Responsibilities: 1\. Support management/superintendent in structuring the work breakdown structure. 2\. Define and sequence activities involved in project development to generate a detailed construction schedule. 3\. Estimate, together with engineers from other disciplines, the required and available resources to carry out the activities. 4\. Estimate, together with engineers from other disciplines, the duration of activities in the schedule. 5\. Establish methodology for schedule monitoring. 6\. Alert on schedule deviations. 7\. Participate in defining corrective actions to address deviations. 8\. Prepare and submit reports requested by management based on time and cost indicators. 9\. Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System as stipulated in ISO 9001:2015.
