**Computer Systems Engineer** **Objective: Provide support and assistance for technological needs and computer systems to ensure the proper functioning of the organization.** **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Computer Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the position. **Responsibilities:** · Provide internal technical support, both on-site and remotely, for hardware and software operation. · Manage and maintain internal operating systems (Windows, Office, and Microsoft applications). · Support accounting and/or financial software; manage and resolve issues with Nominpaq, Compaq Comercial, and Adminpaq; assist in implementing new programs and internal system processes. · Conduct testing, adjustments, and training for internal users, documenting technical procedures, user manuals, and support logs. · Configure and manage network services, perform backups, install and carry out preventive/corrective maintenance on technological equipment, and handle hardware and software incidents in telecommunications devices such as WIFI, Routers, Switches, Servers, laptops, computers, printers, etc. · Ensure data backup for necessary programs and systems (antivirus). **Technical knowledge in:** programming, databases, networks, operating systems, hardware, and software. **Soft skills in:** problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, time and resource optimization, teamwork, project management, adaptability, creativity, and innovation, etc. **Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with Sundays off.** **We offer:** · Competitive salary\- Range $18,000\.00 to $20,000\.00 monthly · Statutory benefits · Opportunities for growth · FONACOT loan program · Grocery vouchers · Free uniforms · Profit sharing Interested candidates should apply through this platform to complete profile evaluations.
