Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or engineering in mechatronics, industrial maintenance, processes, electronics, or related fields. * Advanced English proficiency. * Interest and experience in sales within the industrial electronics and automation sector. * Solid knowledge of PLCs, sensors, data acquisition systems, PCs, etc. * Practical experience in manufacturing companies enabling understanding of industrial processes to offer customers the best solutions. Responsibilities: * Customer service via phone, website, email, and in-person visits. * Prepare quotations and follow up on submitted quotations and post-sales activities. * Lead generation and closing sales. * Deliver professional presentations to clients interested in our industrial solutions. * Conduct technical visits to local clients as required. * Technical communication with manufacturers to coordinate solutions for customer projects. * Provide technical support and consulting for equipment selection and purchasing. * Create value-added technical materials for customers, including videos, diagrams, and supplementary technical documents. * Manage warranty controls and product return services. * Perform audits and propose improvements to the technical information on our websites regarding applications of managed brands or products. * Continuously train on new automation and testing technologies.
