Position Summary: We are seeking a project architect with experience in project development, modeling, rendering, drafting plans, and preparing budgets. Key Highlights: 1. Office-based work with field visits We aim to integrate a project architect into our team who has experience in: - Extensive knowledge in project development, modeling, rendering, and drafting plans. - Experience in budget preparation, including unit prices and market prices; preparation of item catalogs. - Office-based work with field visits to verify project compliance and proper execution. A computer is provided for work. - IMSS health insurance is offered. - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with a one-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM. - Weekly payment. - Salary: $4,000.00 per week - Work location: On-site employment
