Experience in agrochemicals, fertilizers, MRO and high-value categories. Proficiency in RFP/RFQ processes, contracts, audits and KPIs. Analytical mindset, effective leadership and high-level communication skills. Intermediate to advanced English. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Design and implement category-specific procurement strategies (agrochemicals, MRO, insurance, assets). Lead bidding processes (RFP/RFQ) and negotiate contracts with regional and local suppliers. Supervise and evaluate suppliers according to quality, compliance and service standards. Drive global cost-saving projects and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
