Position Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Driver to perform deliveries, purchase supplies, manage payments, and attend to suppliers, supporting park operations. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance and organization of the work van **Join Our Team as a Purchasing Driver!** **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Service-oriented attitude * Valid driver's license * Ability to operate and maintain a standard work van * Familiarity with the city * Experience handling cash and purchasing * Supplier interaction and service * Document management * Experience purchasing raw materials, supplies, consumables, and services * Conflict resolution **Responsibilities, Functions, and Activities** * Collect orders from suppliers to prevent delays in product delivery to the park * Deliver orders to the warehouse for proper distribution * Facilitate staff transportation for park-related matters * Process service payments (water, electricity, telephone), bank transactions, etc. * Follow daily route itinerary to collect and purchase supplies according to Purchase Orders (POs) * Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (POs) * Support the AYB department in loading and distributing supplies to PDVs * Request quotations from suppliers * Conduct purchases with local suppliers * Handle extraordinary and urgent purchases * Responsible for maintenance and cleaning of the work van * Report vehicle departures and arrivals to Security Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break; half-day on Saturdays; Sundays off.
