Moderna, Guadalajara, Jal. Schedule: * Mon-Fri: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * Saturday: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Experience: 1 year * In purchasing, logistics, or administrative support (preferably within the industrial or electrical sector). Responsibilities: * Assist with the operational management of the purchasing department * Assist with requesting quotations, comparing offers, and selecting suppliers * Prepare purchase orders in the system (Odoo) and track them until receipt * Confirm stock availability, delivery times, and prices with suppliers * Request and review invoices, verifying they match the purchase order and goods received * Track pending deliveries and resolve incidents with suppliers * Assist with updating price lists and catalogs * Assist with analyzing consumption, inventory turnover, and purchasing requirements Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration (incomplete or recent graduate) * Gender: Indifferent * ERP system proficiency * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, formatting) **Salary: $10,500 to $12,000 MXN (gross, based on experience)** Statutory benefits: * IMSS * INFONAVIT * 15-day Christmas bonus * Statutory vacation days !
