Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage merchandise procurement, coordinate with suppliers, monitor shipments, and ensure proper execution of purchases. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for professional growth. **We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team!** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage merchandise procurement by reviewing inventory levels and generating purchase reports. * Coordinate orders with suppliers, ensuring agreed quantities and terms. * Monitor shipments and coordinate merchandise receipt with the warehouse. * Verify pricing, discounts, and ensure purchase orders are fulfilled correctly. * Manage special purchases and warranty claims with suppliers. * Generate monthly reports on obsolete products and provide key documents to Accounts Receivable/Payable. * Follow up on intercompany transactions and ensure timely closings. **What are we looking for in you?** * Experience in procurement and supplier management. * Knowledge of negotiation techniques. * Proficiency in Excel. * Ability to coordinate multiple tasks accurately. **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour lunch break), and Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM** * Location: Av. Jesús González Gallo #2730, Col.
