We are looking for a **"Procurement Intern"** with the following profile: **Requirements**: * Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree. * **INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH.** * No prior experience required. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Analytical and communication skills. * Negotiation skills. * Easy access to the work location "Col. La Tijera, Tlajomulco" (behind Walmart Palomar) **Responsibilities**: * Manage the end-to-end procurement process for indirect materials and services (MRO, consumables, services, auxiliary equipment), both domestic and imported; develop and execute strategies for assigned categories; identify cost-saving opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives; negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment conditions, and agreements with suppliers to optimize total cost; prepare and evaluate Requests for Quotation (RFQs), compare offers, and select suitable suppliers; generate and issue Purchase Orders in the ERP system while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures; track purchase orders, delivery dates, contract fulfillment, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers (price, quality); analyze spending data, prepare performance reports, and provide recommendations based on management metrics; maintain effective relationships with key suppliers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with operational needs. **We Offer**: * Weekly tax-free salary: $5,000 to $7,000 monthly allowance. * Statutory benefits. * Genuine career development opportunities. * Flexible working hours.
