




A cutting-edge company in the aerospace technology sector is seeking: *Personnel for the aircraft painting department* **Objective:** Carry out painting processes on various company products, from part preparation to final finishing, protection, and inspection, following established procedures, specifications, and departmental standards to ensure product quality, durability, and appearance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare parts for painting, including cleaning, sanding, filling, and masking. * Apply base coats and appropriate primers according to process and part requirements. * Place necessary vinyls for part labeling. * Perform paint application, as well as matte or glossy clear coat application. * Apply protective film (Plastidip) to parts. * Conduct paint repair work on finished parts, from required preparation through to final finish and approval by the Sheet Metal and Painting Supervisor. * Inspect paint finishes to verify compliance with quality specifications and standards. **Technical Competencies:** * Single-stage and two-stage paint application. * Matte and glossy clear coat application. * Paste and filler application. * Filler primer application. * Primer application on various materials (wood, metal, plastic, composites). * Plastidip application (desirable). * Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel (desirable). * Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards (desirable). * Familiarity with 5S methodology (desirable). **Tools Handling:** * Operation of HVLP and LVLP gravity-feed spray guns. * Airbrush operation. * Orbital polisher operation. * Use of sanding blocks (garlopas).
