We stand out for our commitment to quality, innovation, and efficient execution in each of our developments. **Position: Junior Construction Project Manager** We are seeking a candidate with experience in construction coordination and project management, skilled in leading teams, controlling budgets, and ensuring that every project meets the highest technical standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, supervise, and coordinate architectural and civil works projects. * Review designs, budgets, and construction progress. * Lead the operational team to ensure timely completion and achievement of objectives. * Negotiate with suppliers and validate contracts. * Monitor the quality, safety, and profitability of each project. * Present results reports to senior management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Architecture, Civil Engineering, Surveying**, or related fields. * **Minimum of 3 years of experience** in civil works or real estate projects. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Office, Neodata**, and rendering software. * **Own vehicle required.** * **Willingness to travel** to various project sites (Puerto Vallarta, Mazamitla, Zapotlanejo, Cancun, or CDMX). **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary:** $25,000 * **Statutory benefits** from day one * **Initial 3-month contract**, with potential renewal based on performance * **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (flexible availability) * Excellent work environment and opportunities for professional growth * **Location:** Chapalita, Guadalajara, Jalisco **Join a team that builds with quality, commitment, and a vision for the future.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite contract * Free uniforms Application question(s): * Do you have your own vehicle?
