PROFILE 1 to 2 years of experience in European bread: handling sourdough starters, laminated doughs, brioche, loaf bread, baguette. Experience in savory bread, kneading, shaping, and baking. Detail-oriented person, team player, planning ability, proactive, punctual, with problem-solving skills. ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \- Produce European bread: baguette, ciabatta, pizza, peasant bread, among others. \- Produce sweet bakery items based on brioche, French laminated dough, among others. \- Seasonal breads: pan de muerto, rosca de reyes. \- Assist in developing new products. \- Planning of production. \- Product assembly/packaging. \- Maintain order and cleanliness at all times. Including deep cleaning.
