If you have relevant experience and possess leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and strong planning ability, this is an outstanding opportunity for you! **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Administration or Industrial Engineering (preferred) * 3 years of experience in similar positions (automotive industry experience preferred) * Proficiency in digital tools; knowledge of processes, quality tools, project management, process reengineering, and continuous improvement * Occasional availability for travel **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement processes to meet brand, image, and guideline requirements * Manage the organization’s quality systems * Develop and innovate processes considering customer requirements, quality standards, ergonomics, safety, and ecology * Apply, coordinate, and closely monitor processes such as DOS, sales, and after-sales * Develop interdepartmental strategies to achieve sales and after-sales targets for additional products * Plan, direct, monitor, and evaluate processes that promote service quality and continuous improvement provided by the distributor * Develop strategies based on established and implemented processes and customer requirements to enhance their satisfaction * Coordinate, control, and ensure compliance with training (capacity building) according to the matrix designated for each position **Benefits:** * Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–7:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am–2:00 pm * Salary range: $16,000–$19,000 * Statutory benefits from day one Apply through this channel!
