Inventory management and merchandise control systems **Recruitment 4.0 is seeking FERROCARRIL in Ferrocarril - Guadalajara, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Title:**REPLENISHMENT SPECIALIST** Department: **GDL Store** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience supervising replenishment or warehouse teams, preferably in retail. * Knowledge of inventory management, merchandise control systems, and planograms. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. **GENERAL OBJECTIVE**:Ensure product availability, correct placement, and compliance with presentation and rotation standards on the sales floor and in the warehouse through proper supervision, coordination, and optimization of the replenishment area. This role is critical to operational efficiency, customer experience, and achievement of business objectives. Schedule: \<\* HRS Flexible availability to work according to operational needs, in accordance with the working hours stipulated by the Federal Labor Law (LFT), including sales floor duties.
