Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for the Purchasing Department with experience in international trade, knowledge of food-grade raw materials, and Good Manufacturing Practices. Key Highlights: 1. Prior experience in international trade (imports). 2. Knowledge of raw materials for the food industry and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 3. Excellent administrative and operational organization. A 100% Mexican company dedicated to the production of sauces and dressings, certified under FSSC 22000, is currently seeking personnel for its Purchasing Department. Prior experience in international trade (imports). Knowledge of raw materials for the food industry and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). \* Compile and maintain the supplier list based on delivery lead times and payment terms. \* Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers. \* Ensure that, during equipment and material receipt processes, purchase orders are reconciled against delivery notes, verifying physical specifications, quantities, and quality. \* Maintain effective communication with the Warehouse Department to ensure optimal stock levels (minimums and maximums). \* Demonstrate excellent administrative and operational organization. \* Basic English proficiency. \* Ensure strict compliance with Quality Management System requirements at all times. This list of responsibilities is illustrative, not exhaustive. Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Direct employment by the company. Position type: Full-time, probationary period. Contract duration: 3 months. Salary: $18,000.00 \- $22,000.00 per month.
