We are looking for an expert in **Operational Quality** to help us elevate our standards and ensure every process—both system-wide and in the field—operates flawlessly. ### **Your Impact in This Role:** As a QC Specialist, you will be the guardian of our standards. Your mission is to transform data into corrective actions that ensure excellence across our logistics network. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Auditing and Compliance:** Monitor the performance of assigned stations, ensuring strict adherence to KPIs and SLAs. * **Process Validation:** Verify that field and system executions align 100% with iMile’s guidelines. * **Predictive Analysis:** Identify deviations and risk areas through performance indicator analysis. * **Continuous Improvement Management:** Implement corrective and preventive action plans to mitigate risks and reduce penalties. * **Executive Visibility:** Report critical incidents and performance outcomes to leadership levels. ### **Who We’re Looking For (Requirements)** * **Experience:** Proven track record in quality control within courier, logistics, customer service inspection, or operations supervision sectors. * **Data Proficiency:** Prior experience analyzing operational metrics and indicators (data-driven mindset). * **Competencies:** Strong ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Network and Operations) and a focus on standardization. * **Problem Solving:** Ability to manage critical incidents under pressure. ### **Why Join iMile?** We offer an environment of accelerated growth within one of the world’s fastest-expanding logistics technology companies, along with a competitive compensation package.
