




**POSITION MISSION:** Design, manage, and optimize compensation, benefits, and payroll strategies at the corporate level, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and regulatory compliance, with the objective of strengthening talent attraction, retention, and motivation across all business units of the logistics group. **JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies * Salary policies aligned with market conditions and corporate strategy * Supervise and ensure payroll operations across all units * Accurate, timely payroll processes fully compliant with tax and labor regulations * Implement variable compensation and performance-based bonus schemes * Incentive systems linking productivity with remuneration * Control payroll and benefits costs * Efficient budget control supporting profitability * Coordinate market benchmarking studies and salary structures * Supervise regulatory compliance * Implement technological tools for compensation management * Map processes related to payroll and compensation * Timely and effective access to employee data including personal information, payroll payments, organizational structures (historical and developmental) * Design tax strategy for compensation components to reduce cost impact **POSITION PROFILE:** * Completed bachelor's degree; Master’s in Human Capital Management or Business Administration preferred * Minimum 8 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll management in companies with more than 1,000 employees * Age 38 \- 45 * Experience in corporate structures with multiple business units and cost centers * Experience in salary analysis, pay scales, bonus policies, variable compensation, and job evaluation * Participation in digitization or automation projects for payroll processes (SAP, Meta4, Workday, CONTPAQi, Odoo, etc.) * Analytical and strategic thinking **WE OFFER:** * Monthly fixed salary of $35,000 before taxes * $3,500 monthly punctuality bonus * $3,500 monthly attendance bonus * $6,000 performance bonus (KPIs) * 5% monthly grocery vouchers * 3% savings fund * 30 days' year-end bonus per year worked * Statutory benefits * $3,000 monthly gasoline vouchers * Subsidized cafeteria Job type: Full-time Salary: $35,000\.00 \- $40,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite contract * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site
