REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma preferred and/or incomplete bachelor's degree in service, fashion design or related fields. Experience: Preferably, 1 year as Store Supervisor or image responsible, and at least 2 years as stylist/sales advisor in textile (CLOTHING) retail and accessories. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:  Solid knowledge or aptitude for marketing and display with commercial sense  Basic knowledge of Windows, Office, Outlook and Internet.  Basic knowledge of store management, preferably understanding of commercial indicators  Basic control of financial instruments used in a business unit, point-of-sale terminals, etc..  Knowledge of fraud prevention, cloned cards and counterfeit bills  Basic knowledge of administration and control of cyclic and general inventories  Leadership to take ownership of results and serve as a role model  Being part of the solution in high-pressure environments  Focus on self-development MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:  Organizing merchandise, climbing up and down stairs, placing window display materials  Remaining standing for most of the working time  Carrying medium-weight boxes  Ensuring cleaning activities are completed WE OFFER: BASE SALARY $11,550 \+ MONTHLY BONUS $6,800 \+ BENEFITS ABOVE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS.
