Search for \#Travelport on LinkedIn and hear from our amazing team. **How you’ll make an impact:** The People Services Specialist, within the HR function at Travelport, is responsible for delivering efficient, accurate, and employee\-centric HR services. This role supports global administrative processes and ensures a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. Your role in action: * Manage and execute global HR administrative processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, and documentation * Provide first\-line HR support to employees and managers, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and employee records * Support HR operations and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations * Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent, Compensation, Benefits) to deliver aligned HR services * Drive a positive employee experience through efficient service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives * Contribute to process optimization and standardization across regions Skills \& Competencies * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent communication and customer service mindset * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment * Problem\-solving and continuous improvement orientation * High level of confidentiality and professionalism Could this be you? * 2–4\+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services environment * Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle * Experience working in global or multinational environments preferred Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., ORC or similar) * **Discover why our teams love working here** **:** Where do we start!
