Protection of the safety and health of employees and guests *VOCO® Guadalajara Neruda* **What Will You Do?** As a Risk Prevention Agent, you will plan, execute, and evaluate risk prevention tasks, providing technical advice to hotel employees on risk prevention matters related to both operational and professional activities, thereby ensuring the safety and health protection of employees and guests. You will also implement and promote ongoing training initiatives within the company. Additionally, you will carry out corrective actions aimed at continuous process improvement. **What Do We Need From You?** * Communication skills. * Problem-solving skills and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Essential knowledge of safety and risk prevention. * Guest/customer service skills.
