Customer Service Company dedicated to the marketing of high-specialty medical equipment is seeking a Customer Service Executive. Objective: Supervise and execute the administrative part of the sales process, maintain direct contact with sales executives to verify compliance with their KPIs (prospecting, advisory services, quoting, sales, collections, and after-sales) for our medical equipment. Issue invoices and necessary credit notes, timely and accurately updating the CRM. Coordinate and organize documentation related to order deliveries to our customers, track complaints. Provide customer service via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and in person. Meet assigned sales quotas. Issue monthly sales department reports. Manage and recover accounts receivable. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or administrative fields (incomplete degrees accepted). Experience in customer service, billing, collections, and tracking order delivery traceability for customers. CRM usage and knowledge (MANDATORY). Knowledge and experience in issuing invoices and credit notes. Process-oriented work approach. Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in an organized, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment. Responsibility and reliability in task execution. Basic proficiency with digital tools (Office suite, Google Drive, customer service chat platforms). Familiarity with government sales is ideal. Immediate availability.
