Main responsibilities: · \- Conduct direct collections from customers via WhatsApp and phone calls. · \- Record payments and income in the administrative system. · \- Correctly match received payments to their corresponding invoices. · \- Issue invoices to clients upon request. · \- Share with the Sales department a list of overdue and upcoming collections. · \- Collect advance payments for import segment orders. · \- Keep internal tracking and collections drives updated. · \- Assist in procedures related to the recovery of overdue accounts. · \- Follow up with clients who have payment agreements. · \- Collaborate with other departments to ensure process consistency.
