




A company focused on the electrical materials industry is seeking a **billing assistant** to issue and manage invoices, ensuring that tax information is accurate, timely, and complies with SAT guidelines, contributing to proper revenue flow and customer satisfaction. **Functions and responsibilities:** * Elaborate electronic invoices (CFDI) for cash and credit sales. * Verify that customer tax data and commercial terms are correct prior to invoicing (RFC, CFDI usage, payment method and form, etc.). * Record and archive documents related to billing. * Follow up on invoice and receipt delivery to customers (via email or system). * Handle customer inquiries or requests regarding invoices. **Requirements:** * **Education:** High school diploma * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in billing **Knowledge:** * Electronic invoicing (CFDI 4\.0\). * Use of administrative or accounting systems (CONTPAQi, SAE, Aspel, or similar). * Proficiency in Excel and Office suite. **Skills:** * Attention to detail and numerical accuracy. * Organization and document control. * Good communication and customer service. * Ability to work under pressure. **Personal competencies:** * Responsibility and commitment. * Sense of urgency and order. * Proactive and collaborative attitude. * Discretion and proper handling of information. **We offer:** * Statutory benefits * Attendance and punctuality bonus * Weekly pay Job type: Full-time Salary: $2,300\.00 \- $2,500\.00 per week Work location: On-site
