Job Summary: We are seeking an Account Developer to lead brand development in distribution for the Traditional Channel, identify new opportunities, and provide leadership to Sales teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage distributors to achieve volume targets with customers. 2. Cover sales routes, close new agreements, and build commercial partnerships. 3. Train the team on best practices and implement commercial strategies. Join the Sales team as an Account Developer. You will be responsible for developing our brands in distribution for the Traditional Channel. You will identify and develop new business and commercial opportunities in the field while providing financial leadership and support to Sales teams. This position is located in Veracruz, Mexico. **A glimpse of what you’ll do:** * + Distributor management: Manage distributors to ensure we meet our volume targets with various customers. + Routes: Cover 35 routes to visit customers, close new agreements, and build commercial partnerships. + Workforce development: Train our team on best practices, new strategies, product displays, and more. + Commercial strategy implementation: Apply new plans and commercial strategies across the region. + Data analysis: Analyze and interpret commercial data.
