Manage incoming goods, order fulfillment, and inventory control. **We Are Seeking a Warehouse Supervisor** ***Job Description:*** We are looking for an organized, responsible, and highly capable individual to lead our Central Warehouse. Here, you will play a key role in ensuring our branches always have the necessary products, on time and in full. ***Your Mission:*** Achieve a "Zero Discrepancies" warehouse: precise inventory, impeccable order, and efficient restocking to our stores. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * **Receiving Management:** Receiving goods from suppliers and verifying quality and quantity. **Order Fulfillment:** Preparing and packing goods for shipment to branches. * **Inventory Control:** Conducting physical counts, generating stock reports, and investigating discrepancies. * **Order and Cleanliness:** Applying good warehousing practices and product rotation (FIFO). * **Documentation:** Handling receiving notes, warehouse dispatches, and internal transfers. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in a similar position (warehouse manager, inventory assistant, or supervisory warehouse clerk). * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in Excel (basic\-intermediate for reporting). * **Skills:** Absolute integrity, sense of urgency, physical strength (for handling merchandise), and excellent organizational ability. * Must reside in Xalapa. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary with weekly payment of $2,540 * Fixed schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Day off: Sunday * Job stability and a positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $10,160\.00 per week Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
