Pizza Más Morelos is seeking for its various branches: Pizza Shop Manager. **Location:** Cuernavaca, Emiliano Zapata, Jiutepec, Tlaltenango (It is essential to have availability to travel to the municipalities mentioned above). **Work Modality:** On-site – Full-time: 5 working days, 2 days off. **Candidate Profile Required (MANDATORY):** * Gender: Unspecified * Age: 28 to 35 years old. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Gastronomy, or related field. * Proven experience in the food and beverage industry. * Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and results orientation. * Sense of urgency in decision-making. * Experience managing staff, with a minimum of 12 direct reports. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily branch operations. * Ensure service quality and pizza quality. * Manage and supervise assigned staff. * Inventory management and waste control. * Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. * Administrative reporting and support in decision-making. * Cash handling. * Support in staff recruitment and hiring. **We Offer:** * Competitive weekly base salary. * Two days off per week. * Dynamic work environment and growth opportunities. * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Vacation time Interested candidates must submit an updated CV only if they meet the specified profile.
