




**Job Objective:** Manage, create, and disseminate social media content to strengthen the Institute’s digital presence, foster community engagement, and convey clear, creative, and consistent messages. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, among others). * Create and schedule digital content (posts, stories, reels). * Write creative and audience-appropriate copy. * Respond to messages, comments, and community inquiries. * Monitor social media activity and identify trends. * Analyze basic metrics (reach, engagement, growth). * Propose digital communication campaigns and strategies. * Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and cultural managers. * Support the promotion of events and activities.
