Position Summary: We are seeking a Deputy Construction Control Manager to prepare unit prices, manage budgetary control and progress tracking, and generate reports and performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in construction project control and management 2. Responsibilities in preparation and monitoring of construction budgets 3. Management of subcontractors and construction performance reporting We are currently recruiting a Deputy Construction Control Manager. Required Profile: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering (MANDATORY: Degree Certificate and Professional License) Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of unit prices for construction projects 2. Preparation and control of construction budgets 3. Comparative analysis of subcontractors 4. Progress monitoring of subcontractors and piecework contractors 5. Generation of construction reports and performance indicators 6. Monitoring of construction schedules and supply plans at the budgetary level 7. Recording of invoices, payments, approvals, and applications in ERP.
