The best of Mexico has yet to be discovered. **About the Position** The Engineering Coordinator is responsible for managing, tracking, and optimizing the HotSos work order system and the Engineering department’s digital communication channels. This role ensures efficient coordination of operational activities, facilitating proper assignment, execution, and closure of requests, maintaining clear interdepartmental communication, and contributing to the hotel’s operational standards compliance. **What You’ll Do** * Administer and track Engineering department work orders via the HotSos system, ensuring proper assignment, execution, and closure. * Continuously monitor digital communication channels (Teams, WhatsApp, or others) to identify requests, incidents, or events requiring creation or follow-up in HotSos. * Coordinate and verify that scheduled maintenance activities are correctly recorded and executed within the system. * Supervise the operational request workflow, ensuring efficiency in response times, compliance, and service quality. * Generate reports and data analysis to identify trends, areas for improvement, and team performance. * Maintain updated and organized departmental records, logs, and documentation. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure correct work prioritization, considering guest experience and hotel operations. * Train the team on proper use of the HotSos system and operational mobile devices. * Ensure proper use and condition of assigned equipment such as iPods, iPads, and digital tools. * Comply with Four Seasons policies, operational standards, and guidelines. * Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with the Engineering team and other hotel departments. * Contribute to achieving the department’s operational objectives and annual goals. **What You’ll Bring** * Completed high school education, with proven experience in similar administrative or operational roles. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in work order management, operational coordination, or administrative functions. * Familiarity with digital tools, Microsoft Office suite, and management systems such as HotSos or similar. * Ability to organize, analyze information, and simultaneously track multiple tasks. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Basic\-intermediate English proficiency (spoken, written, and reading). * Critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem\-solving focus. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure in a dynamic operational environment. * Responsible, organized, and service\-oriented attitude. * Commitment to Four Seasons’ values of quality, service, and excellence. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. * Excellent training and development opportunities. * Employee discount for stays at any Four Seasons worldwide. * Complimentary laundry service for employee uniforms. * Free meals for employees. * Access to hotel fitness and wellness programs (where applicable). * Employee recognition programs and wellness initiatives. **Schedule and Availability** * Full\-time position. * Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays, depending on operational needs. *We look forward to receiving your application!* *Selected candidates must have legal authorization to work in Mexico.* Learn more at: Official website: http://www.fourseasons.com Career opportunities: https://lnkd.in/gDDgNZBT Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/FourSeasonsJobs Twitter: https://twitter.com/FourSeasonsJobs LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/four\-seasons\-hotels\-and\-resorts
