**Description:** ---------------- **Position Objective:** Design, implement, and scale artificial intelligence and automation solutions to optimize processes across various company areas (administrative, technical, commercial, and operational), generating savings, efficiency, and sustainable digital transformation. This role will be key in advising, training, coordinating, and integrating initiatives from the AI Committee, as well as driving projects aligned with established strategic objectives. **✅Main Responsibilities:** * Implement AI tools (Copilot, GPTs, n8n, agents, RPA, etc.) into operational and administrative processes. * Train and support key employees in using AI and automation tools. * Design technological integrations with existing systems (ERP, CRM, payroll, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, etc.). * Generate impact metrics and document processes, workflows, and architectures. * Identify trends, emerging tools, and propose data-driven continuous improvements. * Produce detailed technical documentation and user guides. * Lead the implementation of AI solutions to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. * Stay updated on trends and advancements in AI applied to construction and real estate. * Ensure each project meets the company's and its clients' quality standards. * Perform data analysis using AI tools to support decision-making. * Optimize processes through AI implementation. **Requirements:** --------------- **✅Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in process automation, AI or RPA implementation, preferably in companies with mixed operations (field/office). * Experience in implementing technology projects. * Knowledge and proficiency with tools such as GPTs, Copilot, n8n, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, and API-based integrations. * Preferably experienced in construction environments, analysis of operational processes, administrative workflows, and database management. * Advanced command of the English language. * Proficiency in T-SQL databases on SQL Server. * Experience in data analysis, KPI visualization, and modeling of automated processes.
