Position Summary: Store Manager responsible for daily operations, staff supervision, process management, and maintenance of store standards; acts as substitute for the manager when required. Results-oriented approach and continuous improvement Commercial company seeking a Store Manager **Main Responsibilities:** \-Perform store opening and/or closing as scheduled with the assistant manager. \-Conduct partial cash withdrawals from registers. \-Authorize cancellations, returns, and wholesale discounts. \-Organize daily communication meetings when assigned to store opening. \-Ensure timely follow-up on all established in-store processes (basic procedures, follow-up checklists, stock-out prevention, cleaning, warehouse management, store folder, etc.). \-Substitute for the manager during absences due to vacation, rest days, disability, etc. \-Walk the sales floor to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff. \-Oversee the process of receiving effective merchandise replenishment from the distribution center, labeling, and in-store display. \-Ensure that cash on hand, petty cash fund, and sales records are fully accounted for and secured. \-Request monthly supplies from the relevant department. \-Make bank deposits. \-Send time clock data to payroll. \-Ensure no queues form at checkout counters; assist cashiers with customer payments when necessary. \-Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and well-displayed store every day, fostering a habit among staff to hold themselves to high personal standards. **Common Requirements:** * Prior experience in the *retail* or commercial sector. * Leadership, communication, and results-oriented skills. * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems. **We Offer:** Statutory benefits; direct employment Free uniforms Grocery vouchers Sales target achievement bonus Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $10,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
