Our mission is to offer innovative and technologically advanced solutions, promote the development of our talent, and establish national leadership in engineering, construction, and maintenance of commercial and industrial real estate. **What Are We Looking For?** An Accountant with experience in tax and accounting regulations, capable of managing and analyzing financial statements, preparing tax returns, and coordinating audits, ensuring compliance with current regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and analyze financial statements and accounting reports. * Ensure compliance with current tax and accounting regulations. * Prepare tax returns and other reports required by authorities. * Manage internal and external audits. * Maintain up-to-date accounting and financial records. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and taxation. * Knowledge of provisional income tax (ISR), VAT (IVA), withholdings, etc. * Annual calculation of ISR and PTU. * Experience handling IMSS payments, withholdings, and Infonavit deductions. * Budget preparation. * Knowledge of current tax and accounting regulations. * Advanced proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, Excel, etc. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork. * Ability to lead assigned personnel.
