At* ***Estevez.Jor*** *we seek a high-level technical professional with full availability to ensure the operational readiness of our units (ranging from heavy equipment to off-road machinery) across the entire country.* ***FOREIGN MECHANIC WITH FLEET EXPERIENCE*** =============================================== **MISSION:** Ensure maximum availability and safety of the vehicle fleet through high-complexity preventive and corrective maintenance, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools to sustain nationwide operations. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Monthly Net Salary: $14,000 \- $18,000 MXN. * Biweekly on-time payments (on the 15th and last day of each month). * Statutory benefits from Day 1: IMSS, Infonavit, Vacation, Year-end Bonus, and Vacation Premium. * Direct employment and additional contributions to your AFORE. * Out-of-town Projects: Daily food allowance of $200 net (average extra of $4,800 per month). * Accommodation: Free, fully equipped campsite including transportation. * Work Tools: Assigned utility vehicle, power tools, and complete PPE. **WHAT WE SEEK:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in comprehensive fleet maintenance (mandatory experience managing large unit volumes or CEDIS). * Proficiency in pneumatics, hydraulics, transmissions, differentials, and engines (including hybrid systems). * Expert use of scanners, oscilloscopes, and interpretation of electrical diagrams and diagnostic charts. * Proficiency in standard automobiles and valid Type E driver’s license (mandatory or willingness to obtain one). * Full availability to travel throughout the Mexican Republic according to project requirements. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Disassembly and reassembly of critical mechanical assemblies (engines, transmissions, and differentials). * Ensuring all 300 units remain in optimal physical and mechanical condition for safe operation. * Verifying basic safety points on each unit before and during projects. * Multi-brand Repair: Technical intervention ranging from light vehicles to heavy equipment and off-road machinery. * Identifying faults using digital tools to minimize downtime. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday (8:00 AM \- 6:00 PM) and Saturdays (8:00 AM \- 2:00 PM). **Out-of-town Availability:** Flexible schedule according to project needs. **Meeting Point:** Tlalnepantla Centro, State of Mexico *APPLY NOW!
