Conduct monthly reconciliation between issuances (EMA/EBA) and internal systems to identify and correct discrepancies in employer-employee contributions. - Separation Calculations: Independently prepare and calculate final settlements and severance payments per the Federal Labor Law (LFT), including documentation management for employee terminations. - Reporting and KPIs: Generate payroll cost, headcount, turnover, and cumulative reports to support managerial decision-making. - Incident Control: Monitor proper application of medical leaves, absences, and vacations, ensuring documentary support meets internal audit requirements. Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or Administration (degree required or nearing completion). Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a similar role.
